Further to the announcement released on 20 June 2012, the
Company has today dispatched to shareholders a copy of the
Notice of General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum and
Independent Expert's Report, copies of which may be found on
the Company's website www.ferrumcrescent.com.
The General Meeting of Shareholders is to be held at 11:00am
(Perth time) on 8 August 2012 at The Celtic Club, 48 Ord
Street, West Perth WA 6005.
