DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL AND ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act,
No. 71 of 2008, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received formal notification in the prescribed
form of the following movements in securities of the Company:
- Typhoon Investment Holdings Limited ('Typhoon') has
disposed of a 5.72% interest in the securities of the
Company such that the total interest in the securities of
the Company held by Typhoon has been reduced to 5.82% of
the total issued share capital of the Company; and
- STANLIB Asset Management Limited ('STANLIB') has acquired
an interest constituting 9.81% of the total issued share
capital in the Company such that the total interest in the
securities of the Company held by STANLIB amounts to
9.81%.
