Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2012 have been finalised
and contain no modifications to the reviewed results released on
SENS on 22 June 2012. The annual financial statements will be
available at the company's business and registered office.
The annual report, incorporating the annual financial statements
is expected to be posted to shareholders on or about 13 July 2012.
Shareholders are further advised that the Annual General Meeting
will be held at 10h00 on 19 October 2012 at Arcay House II, Number
3, Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg, 2193.
