AMENDEMENT TO THE RESULTS OF CURRO RIGHTS OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the results of the rights offer announcement
released on SENS on 29 June 2012.
Due to an administrative error on the part of a broker, the number of
shares issued in terms of the rights offer will be increased by 79 200
shares to 57 799 749 shares of the rights offer shares offered to
shareholders.
Accordingly, the number of shares issued to Thembeka Capital Limited as
the underwriter of the rights offer has been decreased by 79 200 to 237
320 and the number of shares issued to Thembeka Capital Limited in terms
of the specific issue has been increased by 79 200 to 21 177 177.
