announces changes to its Board of Directors ('the Board'):
Resignation
The retirement of Chris Greyling, Chairman, from the Board, with effect from 9 July 2012. Chris was
appointed to the Board in 2003 and has served as Chairman from 19 April 2011.
Appointment
The appointment of Darron West as Independent Chairman of the Board from 9 July 2012. Darron has
served on the Board since 2011 in an independent capacity.
