FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 15 June 2012, shareholders are advised that the complementary unlisted business referred to in that announcement is PFK Electronics (Proprietary) Limited (PFK).
PFK has concluded its due diligence of Control Instruments OEM subsidiary, PiA Shurlok (Pty) Limited (Pi Shurlok) and negotiations regarding the terms of the sale of Pi Shurlok to PFK have now commenced.
If successfully concluded the transaction may have a material effect on the price of the Companys securities. Shareholders of Control Instruments are accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in their Control Instruments shares until a further announcement is made.
