CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board committees of
Masonite with immediate effect:
Mr N Maharajh, independent non-executive director, has been appointed as
chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and replaces Mr W P Coetzee who
will remain a member of the Audit and Risk Committee;
the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee have been
combined to form the 'Remuneration and Nominations Committee'; and
Mr W P Coetzee, independent non-executive director, has been appointed as
Chairman of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and replaces Mr
A H Wilson, who will remain a member of the Remuneration and Nominations
Committee.
