Results of general meeting
Octodec linked unitholders are advised that, at the general meeting held at the registered
offices of the Company today, the ordinary resolution relating to a waiver of the obligation by
the Wapnick family to make a mandatory offer in terms of Regulation 86(1) of the Companies
Act, which may arise as a result of following their rights and taking up excess applications in
terms of a rights offer, was passed by the requisite majority of Octodec linked unitholders
present or represented by proxy.
