LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, issued an
additional 400,000 NewGold debentures at an issue price of
R127 per additional debenture, following subscriptions in
respect of approximately 3,878 fine troy ounces of gold
bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 135,636,300
NewGold debentures in issue, referencing approximately
1,315,149.8 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
