CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
1. In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
informed of the following changes to the Board of Directors of
Nutritional Holdings (the Board) with effect from Thursday
12 July 2012:
1.2 The appointment of Mr. John Ellis (John) as non-
executive director. John has diverse experience and a
background in manufacturing, marketing, retail, branding
and financial services. As CEO of Edge to Edge Global
Investments Limited (E2E) he is leading the overall
management and planning of the strategic direction of E2E
and is responsible for its national and international
expansion. John is a founding member of both E2E and
Nutritional Holdings and was involved in the listing
process of Nutritional Holdings.
1.3 The appointment of Mr. Jan Louw (Jan) as non-executive
director. Jan started his career after completing his
B.Com & MBA at the University of Pretoria as a marketing
specialist before he became involved in fund management
and stock broking. He also has diverse experience and
background in investments. As executive director of E2E
he is mutually responsible for the overall management and
planning of the strategic direction of E2E as well as its
national and international expansion. Jan is a founding
member of both E2E and Nutritional Holdings and was
involved in the listing process of Nutritional Holdings.
2. The Board wishes to welcome John and Jan and looks forward to
their contributions to the Company.
