Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of the company held
today, all the resolutions as set out in the notice and supplement notice of the
annual general meeting were passed, with the exception of ordinary resolutions numbers
4 & 5.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course
