RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS HELD ON 22 JUNE 2012
Shareholders are advised that at the annual meeting of
shareholders of the Company held on Friday, 22 June 2012, the
resolutions relating to the below mentioned matters presented
in the notice of annual meeting posted to shareholders on 31
May 2012, were all passed.
The matters were as follows:
1. The election of the following nominees as directors of
the Company to hold office until the close of the next
annual meeting of shareholders of the Company unless such
office is earlier vacated in accordance with the by-laws
of the Company:
Maurice J. Colson
Michiel C. J. de Wit
Geoffrey G. Farr
Arnold T. Kondrat
Brian P. Scallan
Stephen C. Thomson
Simon F. W. Village
William R. Wilson.
2. The reappointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP, Chartered
Accountants and Licensed Public Accountants, as the
auditors of the Company, to hold office until the close
of the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Company
at such remuneration as may be fixed by the directors of
the Company.
