DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended 30 June 2012.
This distribution of 35.45 cents per PropTrax SAPY security is not subject to dividends withholding tax and comprises:
- 34.86 cents in respect of distributions received on securities held in property loan stock companies and collective investment
schemes in property;
- 0.58 cents in respect of interest; and
- 0.01 cents in respect of other income, including scrip lending income;
The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY securities who were recorded in the register on Friday, 29 June
2012 and will be paid on Tuesday, 17 July 2012.
