DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT - SALIENT DATES
Securities holders are referred to the Notice of 4 June, 2012 in which it was stated that the declaration of the amount to be distributed would be announced within 14 (fourteen) business days of the Record Date, being 19 July, 2012.
Holders are now notified that the manager of STANLIB ETF Collective Investment Scheme (the Manager) has decided to delay this announcement in order to allow for clarity to be obtained on issues surrounding dividend withholding tax.
Accordingly, the Manager will make a declaration of the amount to be distributed on 26 July, 2012.
