WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
At this stage, Capital has ceased engaging with SA Corporate Real Estate
Fund (?SAC?) and its unitholders regarding Capital?s interest in acquiring
all of the assets of SAC. Accordingly, there is no reason for Capital?s
unitholders to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Capital?s
securities.
