APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 29
March 2012 in terms of which Mr. Piet Mouton was
appointed as the acting chief executive officer of Zeder.
Following the aforementioned announcement and in
accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Mr Norman Celliers (“Norman”) has been
appointed as an executive director of Zeder and that he
will fulfil the role of chief executive officer with
effect from today, 23 July 2012.
Norman holds a B.Eng (Civil) degree from the University
of Stellenbosch and an MBA from the University of Oxford
(England). His professional experience includes
engineering, management consulting and private equity in
South Africa and abroad.
The board welcomes the appointment of Norman and looks
forward to his contribution.
