DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KIO SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for KUMBA IRON ORE LTD and that as a
result of the dividend declaration relating to KUMBA IRON ORE LTD (KIO) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 1920 cents per KIONNB share instalment that
is payable on Monday, 20 August 2012.
The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 percent. STC credits utilized equate to 49.75772 cents per
share instalment. This results in a net dividend of 1639.46366 per share instalment. The payment
will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 10 August 2012. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 13 August 2012. The record date will be Friday, 17 August 2012.
