RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised of the resignation of
Sirkien van Schalkwyk as Company Secretary, due to personal
reasons, with effect from 25 July 2012.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Sirkien for her
valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her well with her
future endeavours.
A further announcement will be made as soon as a new Company
Secretary has been appointed.
