SECTION 122 NOTICE
The Board of Directors of Beige is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Moses Tembe as an
Independent Non-executive Director and Lead Independent Director on the board of Beige.
Mr Tembe graduated with a BA in Public Administration and Political Science before completing the Caltex
Business Management Programme at the University of Cape Town. He is an entrepreneur who has served as
Director and Chairman of various businesses and was the former President of the Durban Chamber of
Commerce and Industry. Mr Tembe currently serves as an independent non-executive director on the boards
of Mr Price Group Limited and Fasic Investment Corporation Limited.
The Beige board welcomes Mr Tembe to the Company and believes that his experience in commerce and as
a director coupled with his independent objectivity will stand him in good stead to fulfil the functions
required of this role.
Section 122 Notice
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Beige confirms having received
notification from Mr Errol Shear in accordance with Section 122 of the Companies Act, 2008 to the effect
that he has disposed of his 8% interest in the issued preference share capital of Beige and that he no longer
holds any shares in the Company.
