RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND RETIREMENT OF
DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that all the resolutions set out
in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders represented at the
annual general meeting of Tongaat Hulett Limited held on
27 July 2012.
Mr Mac Mia retired as an independent non-executive director
at the annual general meeting held on 27 July 2012. Mr Mia
was thanked sincerely for his significant contribution to
Tongaat Hulett while serving on the Board for more than 15
years.
