REDEMPTION AND REFINANCE OF NOTES
In accordance with Condition 2.3 of the Terms and Conditions of the
Notes contained in the Issuer’s ZAR6,500,000,000 Asset Backed
Domestic Medium Term Note programme dated 3 August 2009, noteholders
are hereby advised that the Issuer has issued new Notes in order to
refinance and redeem the Class A3 Notes (stock code OTCA03), in
accordance with the Notes’ Scheduled Maturity Date of 31 July 2012.
