In accordance with section 3.59 (a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Company announces the
appointment of Jean Tyndale-Biscoe as Company Secretary to the
Group with effect from 1 August 2012.
Jean holds a Bachelor of Arts (Law) degree, together with an
Advanced Certificate in Company Law. In addition, she has
been a JSE approved Sponsor Executive and Designated Advisor
for a number of years.
