In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
Astrapak is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Craig
McDougall as an independent non-executive director to the board
with effect from 01 August 2012.
Mr McDougall has extensive operational experience in manufacturing
at an Executive level and will be an invaluable addition to the
Board of directors. Mr McDougall has previously worked for
SABmiller where he ran operations in numerous emerging market
countries and has been an advisor and consultant at various
companies since his retiremnet from SABmiller in 2009.
