TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders are advised that Interwaste is in the process of
finalising its results for the six month period ended 30 June
2012, and anticipates that the Group will reflect earnings per
share of between 2.00 and 2.43 cents (2011: 0.27 cents), and
headline earnings per share of between 1.40 and 1.71 cents
(2011: 0.36 cents).
The financial information contained in this trading update has
not been reviewed or reported on by the group’s auditors.
The Group’s financial results for the period ended 30 June
2012 will be released on SENS on or before 31 August 2012.
