CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement that was published
on the Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited (“JSE”)
on 3 July 2012 in which Assore announced Mr PC Crous had indicated
his intention to retire and resign as an executive director on 31
August 2012.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE, shareholders are advised that Mr Crous will retire as an
executive director of Assore with effect from 31 August 2012.
In addition, Assore is pleased to announce that the following main
board appointments will be effective from 1 September 2012:
* Mr Alastair Duncan Stalker will be appointed as Group
Marketing Director; and
* Mr Bastiaan Hendrikus (Tiaan) van Aswegen will be appointed
as Group Technical Director.
