SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION OF THE ACQUISITION OF MONKS COWL COUNTRY
CLUB AND LODGE
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 11 June 2012 and
26 April 2012 and when it was announced that Dumazulu Kraal (Pty) Ltd a
wholly owned subsidiary of Gooderson has acquired Monks Cowl Country Club
and Lodge.
All of the terms and conditions of the acquisition have now been met and
the acquisition has become unconditional in all respects.
