CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that with effect from 31 August 2012, Tania Le Roux has resigned as acting Group Financial
Director of Austro due to family commitments. Tania will however make her services available to the Company on a
consultancy basis until such time as a suitable replacement is appointed and to ensure a smooth handover to her
successor.
The board has embarked on a process of appointing a suitable replacement and expects to make an announcement in
this regard in the near future.
The board of Austro thanks Tania for her contribution and wishes her all the best for her future endeavours.
