Johannesburg – First Uranium Corporation (JSE:FUU) (ISIN:CA33744 R5087) (“First Uranium”)
refers unit holders to the announcement issued on 2 August 2012 regarding the
implementation of the sale of the Ezulwini mine to Gold One International Limited effective 1
August 2012. In connection with such sale, J. Sembie Danana and Ari Kgomongwe tendered
their respective resignations which became effective on 1 August 2012 and Messrs. Danana and
Kgomongwe are no longer directors of the subsidiaries of First Uranium.
