THE SOUTH AFRICAN RESERVE BANK
Further to the SENS announcement dated 22 May 2012, the directors of
Finbond are pleased to announce that after due adherence to the South
African Reserve Banks conditions of establishment, the Registrar of
Banks has, in terms of Section 14 of the Mutual Bank Act 124 of 1993,
issued Finbond Mutual Bank with a registration certificate and that
Finbond Mutual Bank has been formally registered as a Mutual Bank with
effect from 23 July 2012.
