Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company on Wednesday, 8 August 2012
convened in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in the Andulela integrated annual report
issued on 29 June 2012, all ordinary and special resolutions proposed thereat were unanimously passed by
Andulela shareholders.
