Further to the cautionary announcement dated 25 May 2012, and the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcement dated 29 June 2012, shareholders are advised that negotiations with ABSA are still
underway and that the full impact and outcomes of such negotiations still cannot currently be
determined, and may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
