Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Ansys that
will be held at 10h00 on Tuesday 28 August 2012 at the company`s registered
offices situated at 170 Outeniqua Avenue, Waterkloof, Pretoria, the record
date to participate and vote at the annual general meeting has been changed
from Tuesday, 21 August 2012 to Friday, 17 August 2012. Accordingly, the last
day to trade in order to be eligible to participate and vote at the annual
general meeting was Friday, 10 August 2012.
