Shareholders are referred to the abridged audited results announcement for the
financial year ended 29 February 2012, released on the Securities Exchange News
Service (“SENS”) of the JSE Limited on 30 May 2012, and are hereby advised that
the company’s annual report was posted to shareholders today, 14 August 2012,
and that such annual report contains no modifications to the abridged audited results
published on SENS on 30 May 2012.
Included in the annual report is a notice of the Annual General Meeting of
shareholders which will be held at the company’s registered office located at Imbalie
Beauty Boulevard, Samrand Avenue, Kosmosdal, Centurionon Wednesday, 12
September 2012 at 10h00.
