Mr Peet van der Walt will resign as a non-executive director of
the Kelly Group with effect from 31 August 2012, due to reaching
mandatory retirement age.
The board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Van der Walt
for his contribution to the Kelly Group over the last five years
and wishes him well in his retirement.
