CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that David John Case has resigned as the financial director of the company with effect from
14 August 2102 and will be replaced by Russell Bryan Dick with immediate effect.
Russell is a qualified chartered accountant who has been with MICROmega for three years during which time he has
been involved in corporate finance and property transactions for the MICROmega group.
