Following subscriptions in respect of 1,000 000 USD Notes, an additional 1,000,000 USD Notes have,
from commencement of business today, been issued and listed on the JSE at an issue price ZAR
8.10 per USD Note (as determined and calculated on 10 August 2012 using the ZAR/USD exchange
rate of 8.10/1).
After the additional issue, there will be 1 335 177 USD Notes in issue.
