CHANGES AND APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
Following the resignation of Mr Ferdi Dippenaar as CEO
announced on SENS on 15 August 2012, Mr Lou Van Vuuren, the
Company’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) has been appointed
as Interim CEO and executive director, both with immediate
effect. In addition, Patrick Cooke, an independent non-
executive director of the Company, will temporarily serve as
an unremunerated Interim CFO.
