Shareholders of Buildmax (Shareholders) are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2012, which is contained in the Companys Integrated Report, will be issued on the Companys website, www.buildmax.co.za, on 17 August 2012 and contains no modifications to the audited results published on 24 May 2012.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Shareholders will be held at 11:00 on Tuesday, 27 November 2012 at The Country Club Johannesburg, 1 Napier Road, Auckland Park, Johannesburg, to conduct the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the Integrated Report.
