WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO A POTENTIAL DELISTING OF THE COMPANY’S SHARES
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 12 June 2012 and 24 July 2012 and are
advised that the company’s board has decided not to proceed with the delisting of the company’s shares from
the JSE Limited.
Accordingly shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in their
shares.
