Further to the announcement released on SENS on 22 May 2012
relating to the retirement of Dr Edwin Hertzog as an executive
director of the company in August 2012, it is hereby announced
that Dr Hertzog will retire with effect from 31 August 2012. He
will remain on the Board of Mediclinic as non-executive chairman.
