CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa and pursuant to the proposed changes to the
board of directors contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, holders of
Wooltru securities are advised as follows:
Mrs L. Tager (non-executive), Messrs D. Lubner (non-executive) and J. Newton
have resigned as directors of Wooltru with immediate effect.
The following changes to the board were approved by shareholders at the Annual
General Meeting:
Messrs A. Groll, M. Kaplan and M. Louw have been appointed as non-executive
directors with effect from today. Mr J. Rabb, steps down as managing director
but will continue as a non-executive director for a limited period.
The re-constituted board of Wooltru now consists of:

Mr A. Groll
Mr M. Kaplan (Chairman)
