Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2005 will be posted to shareholders today and contain no modifications
to the audited results which were published on 25 August 2005.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Wooltru shareholders
will be held in the Main Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 5 Corporation Street, Cape
Town on Friday, 11 November 2005 at 10:00 to transact business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting, which was issued together with the annual
report containing the annual financial statements of Wooltru for the year ended
30 June 2005
