TRADING UPDATE
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
Board of Wooltru hereby announces that the company`s interim results for the 6
month period ended 31 December 2008, are expected to show a loss of 0.3 cents
per share for both earnings and headline earnings compared to a profit of 0.3
cents per share for both earnings and headline earnings for the 6 month period
ended 31 December 2007.
The earnings and headline earnings of the company have decreased as a result of
the settlement of legal proceedings brought on by the former employees of
Central News Agency. The amount of the settlement was R4.35 million.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the auditors of the company.
