ADRIAN MURRAY LOUW APPOINTED AS FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
The Board of Wooltru Limited announces the appointment of Adrian Murray Louw as
Financial Director with effect from 19 June 2009. This appointment is in
compliance with paragraph 3.84(h) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited in which all issuers are required to appoint Financial Directors.
The Audit Committee recommends this appointment and confirms that Adrian Murray
Louw has the appropriate expertise and extensive relevant experience to
adequately perform his duties as Financial Director of the company.
