Shareholders are advised that the company`s audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2009, reflected in the annual report posted on 21
September 2009 are unchanged from the audited results released on SENS on 21
August 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Wooltru will be held
at 11:00 on Tuesday, 10 November 2009 at the offices of the company at 1st
Floor, The Hudson, 30 Hudson Street, Cape Town. The notice of annual general
meeting is issued with the annual report, which contains the annual financial
statements of Wooltru for the year ended 30 June 2009.
