TRADING UPDATE
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board of Wooltru hereby announces that the company`s interim results for the
six months ended 31 December 2009, are expected to record earnings and headline
earnings per share of 0.2 cents compared to a loss and headline loss per share
of 0.3 cents for the six months ended 31 December 2008.
The company`s earnings and headline earnings have increased as a result of the
sale of Wooltru Properties (Pty) Limited which resulted in the recovery of a
loan previously impaired.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed / audited or reported on by the company`s auditors.
