CHANGE OF DATES AND TIMES FOR THE GENERAL MEETINGS FOR THE 6% AND 6.75%
NON REDEEMABLE CUMMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that the dates and times in respect of the
general meetings for the 6% and 6.75% non redeemable cumulative preference
shareholders as published on SENS on 15 July 2010 have been changed and
will no longer take place on Thursday, 26 August 2010. The new dates and
times for the general meeting will be published in due course.
