Shareholders are advised that the audited financial statements for the period

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of PBT will be held at
11:00 on Tuesday, 18 January 2011 at Unit 3, Knowledge Park 3, cnr Century
Boulevard and Heron Crescent, Century City, Cape Town. The notice of annual
general meeting is issued with the audited financial statements of PBT for the
