Review opinion on interim financial statements
Further to the interim results for the 6 month period ended 28 February 2011
released on SENS on 19 April 2011 and in the press on 20 April 2011, the
abridged consolidated financial results for the six months ended 28 February
2011 have been reviewed by PBT`s auditors LDP Inc. The review was conducted in
accordance with ISRE 2410 "Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by
the independent Auditor of the Entity". Their unqualified review report is
available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
