Withdrawal of Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 28
February 2011, and the further cautionary announcements released
thereafter, the last of which was dated 14 June 2011 and are advised
that due to the uncertainty caused by the announced moratorium on
transactions covered by Section 45 of the Income Tax Act, 1962,
negotiations have been suspended until clarity is received in this
regard. Caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders
when dealing in the shares of the Company.
